The Capitol Hotel Tokyu, located in Akasaka, is a classic designed by renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma. The unique design displays the infinite charm of East Asian hotels.
Stepping into the lobby of the hotel, everything seems to calm down. The wooden structure which is simple but endowed with the spirit of the East brings people living in cities for long times back to nature. This is a garden, an oasis.
The guestrooms of the hotel feature a concise and modern style, aiming to create a warm and comfortable home. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated by a “shoji” paper screen, highlighting the Japanese home style. In the Premier Corner Room, two large windows occupy the two adjoining walls and the guest can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city. The Sanno Suite overlooks the gardens and Hie Shrine.
